Mike ‘The Truth’ Jackson will return to the octagon April 23rd in a to be announced UFC event vs Irish welterweight Dean Barry, Eurosport freelancer Marcel Dorff reports. Jackson is 0-1-0 as an MMA fighter and is most well known for his win turned no contest of CM Punk back at UFC 225 in June 2018.
Dean “The Sniper” Barry, on the other hand, is 4-1 as a pro and will be making his UFC debut. Barry dropped Drew Lipton in just 21 seconds at Titan FC 73 and is clearly much more of a dangerous fighter than the former WWE Champion that Jackson has previously fought. It is likely that with a win, Dean Barry can end the UFC tenure of Jackson, who has drawn the ire of Dana White on more than one occasion.
