It was recently revealed the upcoming AEW console video game from Yukes will be titled “Fight Forever,” and is expected to be released in September of this year according to a report via Fightful Select.
AEW Games is scheduled to reveal two wrestlers for the game, and show new game footage tomorrow May 4th on the AEW Games Twitch channel. It isn’t know which two wrestlers will be revealed, but we know a few names that might be shown.
While speaking to sources about the upcoming AEW Fight Forever video game, I was told of multiple wrestlers that Yukes has recorded motion captures for. One of the names that was confirmed to me that will be featured as a playable character in the game is Owen Hart. I was able confirm that CM Punk will be in the game.
It was previously mentioned that Owen Hart would be in the game but not known in what capacity. The original announcement stated:
“The production of unique and original Owen Hart merchandise, including specified retail goods as well as the upcoming AEW console video game”.
We will keep you updated when more information about the upcoming AEW Fight Forever console release becomes known.
