Vince Russo is one of the more controversial names in pro wrestling history. He formerly worked in WWE and WCW as a writer for the companies and draws the ire of fans on a routine basis with his wild accusations and statements. As of late, Russo has been stating that WWE wants him back as a consultant and other possible jobs.
Ringside News have confirmed that this is not the case and Russo has been begging for a job “every day” with the WWE, including going to the network broadcasters for the WWE:
“Russo has tried many different ways to get back into WWE. He’s called the networks as ‘former head writer, WWE and WCW’ and tried to get the networks to hire him as consultant or get the networks to pressure WWE to hire him. He’s called anyone he knows in WWE to get back in. He tries to position it to the public that he would never work here again but he’s begging every day to get hired.”

From someone who has been claiming he never wants to work for WWE again, despite begging behind the scenes to try get back into the company, it appears Russo remains the same way he has always been.
