Sunny may not be a free woman for much longer.
Earlier this year, Tammy Sytch (FKA Sunny) was involved in a fatal car crash that took the life of 75 year old Julian Lasseter. Last week Sytch was arrested and posted bail of over 220 thousand dollars. However, the state does have the right to revoke bail if the defendant is a threat to others.
PW Insider has reported that Florida State Attorney R.J. Larizza filed a motion on Monday requesting that Tammy be ordered to pretrial detention. The state contends that Sytch violated her probation in Pennsylvania on several unrelated DUI arrests. There is also the idea that Sytch would be a threat to others by violating her bail conditions. The hearing to decide if her bail will be revoked will be held on Friday, May 13th.
“The State submits that there is a substantial probability that the Defendant committed DUI Manslaughter when she killed the victim on Match 25, 2022. The State also submits that Defendant poses a threat of harm to the community based on criminal history surrounding driving offenses as detailed above.”
