PROGRESS currently has no World Champion.
PROGRESS World Champion Jonathan Gresham has been stripped of the championship following a DQ loss to Gene Munny. PROGRESS sent out a press release that you can read below regarding the news following the Chapter 134: ‘No Mountain High Enough’ event in London:
“The main event saw Jonathan Gresham stripped of his PROGRESS World Championship after a disqualification loss to fan favourite, Gene Munny. The night also saw Munny fulfil his ambition of qualifying for June’s Super Strong Style 16 tournament.”
