WWE Talent Has “No Sympathy” For Sasha Banks And Naomi
It looks like Sasha Banks and Naomi are being treated like pariahs.
Monday night on RAW, we hard that Naomi and Sasha Banks had walked out of the building, handing in their tag team championships. They would cite creative issues and a lack of respect as champions as the reason for the walkout. Multiple reports have come out regarding backstage reaction and now we know the reaction of the roster.
On the latest Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez revealed that there are not many tears being shed backstage for Sasha and Naomi. Bryan noted that several WWE talents feel like Sasha and Naomi simply refused to do their job. Many don’t understand why the pair was so upset in the first place.
“Both of you are going to be headlining a pay-per-view in singles championship matches and you walked out over that. What? This is your job. You’re not really the tag team champions. It’s fake. You were chosen to walk around with these two belts and do matches. Now they’ve come up with another idea to position you in a top position. They would’ve been in a top position on television for weeks setting up angles. Sasha would’ve laid out Ronda Rousey. I mean, all of that. They do all of that stuff leading to matches and that was creative that they decided, ‘We’re walking out of this company over that.’ So, very, very non-existent sympathy for Sasha Banks and [Naomi].”
“What do you mean bad take? I’m not even giving you a take. Why are you even mad at me? I’m telling you exactly what I’ve heard from multiple people within the company.”
