Paige VanZant made her AEW debut at AEW Double Or Nothing taking part in a six man mixed tag match featuring Scorpio Sky, Ethan Page and Dan Lambert backing her up. There was some reports prior to the match being booked that suggested VanZant wasn’t ready for her first match in the promotion. However, once the match came about VanZant did a fantastic job for a debuting star.
Speaking to The Schmo after the bout, Paige gave her immediate reactions to her performance.
“It feels amazing,” she said. “You know, everybody keeps asking me when I’m gonna pick a lane. I don’t have to I’m gonna be good at absolutely everything I do. I got my next bare-knuckle boxing match coming up in London on July 16.”
