Volkov Scores 1st Round TKO Against Rozenstruik, Aims to Fight Again in December
Alexander Volkov got himself back into the win column with a 1st round TKO (punches) against Jairzinho Rozenstruik in the main event of UFC Vegas 56,
“Drago” came into this fight with his last being a submission loss in the 1st round to Tom Aspinall, Volkov was able to land shots early and get a finish to end Rozenstruik’s night early.
In the post-win interview, Volkov said “I’m ready for any challenge, for anything.” He is also aiming to fight again this year and wouldn’t mind taking one in December.
Fights against former Heavyweight champ Stipe Miocic, a rematch against Derrick Lewis or the winner of Ciryl Gane vs Tai Tuivasa are all exciting for Volkov to take in his next.
