WWE Announce Cody Rhodes Injury At Saturday Live Event
Blurring lines has become the new trend in pro wrestling right now. We have no idea what parts of the current MJF – AEW storyline is a work and how much of it is real. WWE have not had the same luck with their blurred line storylines over the last few months, with none taking off.
It is unclear if the following news is a work or a legitimate concern, but on Saturday night, Cody Rhodes was removed from his match at a WWE live event due to an injury. Drew McIntyre would take Rhodes’ place. While this could be nothing, there is every chance Cody is hurt and will miss Hell In A Cell.
Cody is set to face Seth Rollins inside the cell at the PPV but if he is hurt, a Hell In A Cell match may be the worst possible thing for The American Nightmare. Time will tell if the injury is legitimate or a work.
