One name is off the board for AEW in regards to Forbidden Door.
Last week on AEW Dynamite, Andrade El Idolo returned to the company after a short layoff to marry Charlotte Flair. He returned during the Casino Battle Royale and lasted till the final three of the match. A week prior, Andrade confirmed that Rush will be joining AEW. Now, it seems the star will not be allowed to interact with NJPW due to his work with CMLL and AAA.

Of course, it is understandable why the companies would not want Andrade to work with NJPW. Time will tell if AEW can work something out with the Mexican promotions and if Andrade will find a way to still compete with NJPW talent as we approach AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
