Thunder Rosa Vows To Never Stop Fighting To Inspire The Next Generation Of Women’s Wrestlers
Thunder Rosa addressed some of her critics once again.
Thunder Rosa won the AEW Women’s title earlier this year from Britt Baker and despite a recent upturn, her title reign has been heavily criticised. Rosa however has continued to inspire women’s professional wrestlers with her unique look and attitude as a Mexican women’s wrestler.
Thunder joined The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani on Wednesday, and Ariel asked Thunder why she continues to have a ‘massive’ chip on her shoulder:
“I feel like there is not many of my kind that have come this way in the industry. I’m no second generation wrestler. I’m not a stereotypical womens wreslter. I continue to have a chip on my shoulder because people continue to talk about my line of hard. I’ve worked so hard as champion to build sometbing for decades. A legacy of someone to inspire women. I will never stop fighting.”

Rosa does not have a current title challenger set up for Forbidden Door and is not expected to appear on the PPV.
