Eddie Wineland Announces Retirement from MMA
A former WEC Bantamweight champion has decided to hang up the gloves following a 20-year career spanning from many promotions before making their arrival in the UFC.
Wineland, aged 37 was seen holding his gloves following a 1st-round TKO loss to Cody Stamann at UFC on ESPN 37, no announcement was made to retire until he took to his Instagram where he spoke about his career, the opportunities he had and that he was officially out of the fight game.
