Kenny Omega Says There Is “No Chance” He Will Replace Bryan Danielson At Forbidden Door

Kenny Omega is firmly defiant that he will not be on the Forbidden Door card.

While being one of the most notable examples of an NJPW and AEW star, Kenny Omega is currently on the shelf with a multitude of injuries since dropping the AEW World Title to Hangman Page. Omega has been off TV since then, but there has been talk of him working hard on the AEW Fight Forever video.

While speaking to Sports Illustrated, Omega would address the rumors of him being Bryan Danielson’s surprise replacement for Forbidden Door.

“I can safely say there is zero chance it will be me,” Omega said. “But the replacement is going to leave people very happy. I can’t see people being disappointed by this legitimately handpicked replacement by Bryan Danielson.”
