Vince McMahon Has Paid 12 Million Dollars In Hush Money Payouts To Four Different Women
Things continue to get worse and worse for Vince McMahon.
Last month, it was announced that Vince McMahon was being investigated by the WWE board of directors regarding a three million dollar payout relating to an affair with a paralegal. The news was originally first broke by The Wall Street Journal and now, they have provided an update.
On Friday morning, just hours before WWE Friday Night SmackDown is set to go down, The Wall Street Journal have revealed that Vince has paid out 12 million dollars in payouts related to sexual misconduct and infidelity concerns over the past sixteen years. The women involved signed non-disclosure agreements.
Vince McMahon, World Wrestling Entertainment Inc.’s longtime leader, agreed to pay more than $12 million over the past 16 years to suppress allegations of sexual misconduct and infidelity,
The payouts went to four women, all formerly affiliated with WWE, who signed agreements with Mr. McMahon that prohibit them from discussing potential legal claims against or their relationships with the 76-year-old executive, according to people familiar with the deals as well as documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.

This further update is sure to send further shockwaves through the world of professional wrestling and through the WWE as a whole. Time will tell how the board of directors will rule with this further information being thrust into the public eye.
