Tammy Sytch Pleads Not Guilty To DUI Manslaughter
Tammy Sytch has registered her plea regarding her DUI Manslaughter case.
Earlier this year, WWE Hall Of Famer Sunny was involved in a crash influenced by Sytch being drunk at the time. The crash would lead to the death of an elderly man, with witnesses stating Sytch had been speeding prior to the crash. Sytch has been held without bail for quite some time now, and now she has registered her plea regarding the case.
Mike Johnson of PW Insider reported that Tammy Lynn Sytch officially filed her written not guilty plea on July 8. The discovery period of her trial will now begin. Prosecutors intend to call up to 18 witnesses and will now wait to hear who the defense plans to call.
Sytch will face up to thirty years in prison if she is found guilty of DUI Manslaughter charges.
